during this 2 hour masterclass, Dini will guide you through an invigorating backbend practice. You will learn how to create spinal extensions which are supported by your legs, back body and shoulders to provide the greatest and safest opening of your heart. You will be invited and guided to explore poses such as your full reversed wheel (Urdhva Dhanurasana), Half King Pigeon (Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana) and even drop backs – though none of those are pre-requisites and gentler options will always be given.
You won’t need a coffee before this practice as back-bends are Yoga’s natural energisers - forget about winter’s lethargic, low days! You will also tap into the immense potential of opening your heart, through asanas, pranayama and meditation, leaving you energised, open-hearted and ready to embrace life to its fullest!
